Our products are delivered digitally as software services. If you believe a product was not delivered as described, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date by contacting hello@rainbowoct.com with your order details. Refund requests are reviewed individually and resolved within 5 business days. We do not offer refunds for change of mind after the 7-day window has passed.
You may cancel your subscription to any Rainbow Octopus LLC product at any time through your account settings or by contacting us directly. Upon cancellation your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No charges are made after cancellation and no partial refunds are issued for unused time within a paid period.
By using any Rainbow Octopus LLC product or service you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. All intellectual property including software, designs, and content remains the property of Rainbow Octopus LLC. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 30 days preceding any claim. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America.
Rainbow Octopus LLC collects only the personal information necessary to deliver our services, process payments, and provide customer support. This includes your name, email address, and payment information processed securely through our payment providers. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected.
